They did a great job installing the thermostat unit; however, they are VERY expensive, $110.00 for a 15 minute job, I feel robbed

Received a call almost immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 8:00AM & 11:00AM. Jeremy called ahead when he was on his way and arrived about 1/2 hour later (on time). He went to work immediately, found the problem(s), explained what was required and costs involved.
