I liked the service so much, I recommended them to a friend. They scheduled the appointment that weekend. Very professional, and Jeremy actually knows the meaning of customer service. I was surprised that he answered my questions with knowledge, and without trying to sell me something I didn't need. Needless to say the magnate is on my fridge.

I called this company for repair of a 20 year old a/c and heat pump. Jeff made the service call. The coils needed to be cleaned but with this type of problem the compressor on this old unit would probably go by the summer. He did not sell me hard on a new unit, however after considerable time spent explaining to me my options, I decided to replace this old unit. Was on time. Called before to let me know he was on his was. I was just getting A/C checked out before summer. Let me know about possible problem in the future and two ways to fix it, one less expensive than the other. Very professional.

I requested the annual service to be performed on my 15 year old unit. The unit was working properly but as expected, it had a couple issues since its service the prior year. The repairs were performed, however, the unit malfunctioned as a result of the repair. The service agent worked quickly to resolve the problem and it is working better than ever. Good service. They worked hard to make everything right.
Jeff kept his word on every aspect of the job. Allstate did a very professional job.
Allstate completed the tasks listed in their service package. However, I thought they are not up to the mark in having the knowledge or experience in AC concepts or fundamentals. In other words, there is room for improvement in these areas.
Business response:
Customer has 19 year old unit w/ very dirty evap coil & 2 run capacitors out of tolerance as per the mfg's specs. We recommended cleaning of the coil and replacement of the capacitors. Explained to customer why it is important to have clean coil and what effect it has on system operation and efficiency. Also gave cust price on unit replacement vs repairs because of age of system-19 years old.
The final price was the same as quoted. Showed up on time and did a good job. I will probably use them next year for my annual A/C tune-up and inspection.
