Complain about my truck and promises that were made to me and fact that they won't even call me about truck or refund the service contract like they said they would and to top that off i had to make another account to be able to say anything on their page. Am i the only one thinking a dealer that won't do what they say or live up to what they promise and have some respect and call their customers if they call but not this dealer.
They did an excellent job when we went to purchase a new SUV. We dealt with Troy and he took what we were looking for into consideration and showed us a vehicle in our range! They even worked with us so that we could pay off my husbands vehicle that we traded in and start fresh with a loan. We went on a Saturday about 45 minutes before closing time and they stayed after to get everything together! Thank you for making what we thought would never happen come true!!!
started when looking for a truck called around got a good price on phone for truck here. But was told wrong year and price on the phone and giving all kinds of reasons for that. Then they added an extra service contract on truck and called and ask to get it removed from loan I was told no problem well I've called at least twice and been 4 months and if all that isn't enough I was told when I bought truck that the dent in the bed was only damage to truck well I found out that cab had gotten dented just alittle but enough to c... read more
