I purchased the premium service plan for my explorer. I haven’t had to use it much because the vehicle is still fairly new, but the couple times I have it was a great! No additional cost out of pocket.🤗
went and bought a Ford Ranger with my father there and they have excellent workers and great vehicles for a good price
they sold me a Ford Focus 2016 33 miles, the next day I told them I wanted another car..something bigger... they said no ..then the car keeper going out on us . .. they got the car back ..JUNK ! AND ALL TH EES Y DID THERE WAS DRINK , COOK FOOD WE'RE WE SET IN THE WAITING ROOM.. ALL AND A LADY WAS WORKING THERE AND ANOTHER MAN WAS LEARNING THE SAME THING BUT THEY DIDN'T KET THE LADY DI ANYTHING NOT EVEN SELL A CAR .. THIS PLACE NEEDS CLOSED

I got my wife a car here and 20 mins after we left a few lights came on I called and the said bring it back and we will take care of it. So we bring it back and they tell us that they are not a fiat dealer so they cant fix it and we would have to take it to a fiat dealership. Oh and did I mention that we are from PA and still cant get it Inspected . I would buy a piece of bubblegum from this place so pleace do not go through what we are.
Very poor service dept., was told one thing was wrong, they called back said it was something else. I told them what the car was doing. Car was using antifreeze, but no external leaks, white smoke out the exhaust, engine misses and check engine light was on. I was originally told coolant reservoir was leaking, but it WAS NOT replaced. Was told it needed spark plugs, but they had to PUT A NEW ENGINE IN IT. They had it for 25 days because only 1 mechanic had the tool they needed to check my car out. I will be looking at other ... read more
