This is the second car we have bought from Allietta Ford, won't go anywhere else!! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! They bend over backwards for you!! Highly recommend them!!
Had our 2013 Ford Flex at Alliettas on Monday January 16,2016 to get the oil changed and brakes taken care of. There was a hiccup with the warranty due to a previous employee but Matt called us personally and took care of the situtation. We will always buy and service our vehicles at Alliettas Ford.
Can't even get an E-Price off them and tried a number of times and had a few friends try also Not one of us was able to get a price. Most of the time your lucky to get any answer guess internet people need to learn a new job cause don't do this one well.
Employees were late. Instead of taking my car back on time to cover their late worker they tell me hell get to it when he gets here. im now 2 hours into my 9 oclock appt with absolutely no word on progress whatsoever. When i bought my car i was happy with the dealership but owning it a year now and coming here for every oil change, this service department is very frustrating.
My husband and I have bought all of our vehicles here. They always work with us to find great deals and the best vehicle for our family. We love all of the staff at Allietta Ford. They treat us like we are members of their family. The service department is hands-down the best around. We would not trust anyone else to work on our vehicles. I would highly recommend Allietta Ford for all of your automotive needs.
