I love my 2017 Ford Explorer that I purchased from Allietta Ford in December. The customer service I received was excellent!
Last week sat for8 hours first 4 nobody looked at truck ordered parts made appointment for today to get fixed. And a free detail for last week. Been sitting for 4 hours truck fixed not doing detail great customer service. Don't think I will be back again

Excellent experience, I would highly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Even if you’re not in the market, they were so awesome to deal with, I’d go check them out anyway. Very very pleased
Though we may have disagreed at first on a few things, I had an overall good experience. I discovered a pervious history I did not know about my car and was not told to me(private party transaction) and was informed by Matt (I think that was his name, sorry if it wasn't! Lol). But anywho, I took my vehicle there to fix a recall and they did do a very good job. I'm also extremely appreciative that Alietta and Ford came together to supply me a vehicle until it was fixed so that way my husband could go to work.
