We have bought at least our last 5 vehicles from Matt Allietta and his team. At this point we are like family. I had my new Escape in for the first oil change this past week. The service tech looked at me and said, "I thought that was you but you didn't have your plate with your boys' picture on the front of your car". I appreciated the fact that they pay that much attention to detail. They always go out of the way to make sure my family is taken care of.
