The worse experience in New Zealand! You tried to fill gas in the car and the only thing that you get is lose your money. No receipt, nobody there and no answer to the calls. What can I do?
Today, August 14th, at around 10 a.m., we stopped to get gas at this gas station. Pump 1 isn't working. You go to pay for the gas, and then when you go to pump, no gas comes out. To your surprise, you've just lost your money. In my case, 100 New Zealand dollars. You call the customer service number and get no answer, but they charged you earlier, and you haven't received the gas.
