I had a very poor experience with Alliance Investments. From the outset, they made big promises that they simply didn’t deliver on. Communication was inconsistent, key details kept changing, and I felt misled at several points throughout the process. When I raised concerns, they were either brushed off or met with vague responses. It became clear that transparency and accountability are not priorities for them. I was helped and presented the property by James who was dynamic and knowledgeable about the property as well as the market and helped me to make my decision quickly with complete transparency

Worked with me to avert a disaster! There was a breakdown in communications about the completion date on my latest Manchester flat. Beth, Alliance's Ops Director, worked with me to ensure that completion was possible and serious fees were avoided. All I would suggest people looking at Alliance is to go direct and don't let anyone get between you and them.

Arik Agiamian sold me on Vision Manchester (which failed) in a way that can be described as fraudulent representation. He lied to me outrightly during contract negotiations when I requested the insertion of a deposit insurance clause. I was foolish enough to believe his lie, but having done some consultation subsequently, I have been advised that I may have a legal case, as I have email evidence to prove that he lied; and his lie was a considerable factor in my deciding to invest with the company.
