I have a severe dental phobia. I typically have full blown panic attacks, tears n hyperventilating included. Dr. Goodspeed was able to create such a calming and understanding environment for me that I was able to successfully get thru an extraction with minimal panic. I think the kindness the office showed me is the most important thing. I walked out feeling good about my decision.
I wish i could give zero stars. I came in with an issue with one of my teeth fixed by another doctor and felt judged like how dare i have a few cavities. On top of that to just jump down my throat with an extraction of a tooth and not talking options. i would say professionalism was not even thought about. I should feel like i did walking out of there, however it doesn't surprise me.
I hate the dentist, who doesn't? These folks are great. They know you hate going to the dentist but they do a great job of helping you forget that you hate going to the dentist.
Terrible. Brought my step son went and after a solid seven minute cleaning, less thorough than his daily brushing, we were shoved out without a dentist even seeing him. Apparently the dentist contracted with our insurance company wasn't in, something we should have been informed of prior to the appointment. They were still trying to bill our insurance for a full visit, including the dentist seeing him. Canceled the rest of our appointments for my whole family and months later received $50 no show fees.
