The staff is so kind here! I have severe anxiety at the dentist and they always know how to make me laugh and put me at ease! Danielle and Jill are both Amazing!!! And Dr. Kochhar is also one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to! He listens to your concerns and truly explains everything very clearly! And he keeps things lighthearted!
Alliance dental is the place to go. I left a message at 11:00 at night saying I need to get in for a tooth ache. The next morning they called me to come in . I was in there for maybe 15 minutes and my tooth was out. They are so friendly and courteous. I'm glad I called them a year ago. I also was shocked when I received a sympathy card for my brother passing away. I don't know how they connected us seeing we have different last names but they did and I'm very greatful. They do go beyond was is expected. Thank you!
Their phone receptionist gives inaccurate information. I was told $190 for my exam, X-rays and cleaning. Which was $68 cheaper than the office I regularly visit. Chose to go here instead of my regular dentist because it was “cheaper”. Got to my appt today and they expected $190 for exam and X-ray plus another $410 for cleaning. When I explained to the woman exactly what I was told on the phone when I made the appt, she wouldn’t stop telling me I misunderstood. I am so impressed. The office staff was so kind and thorough. The office was clean and neat. The dentist gave me options and actually listened to my ideas and fears. He fixed my crown problem and the charges were completely reasonable. I have been told more than once I am not easily impressed but I have to say I that I am very impressed today. Great job to everyone I dealt with. I just found our new dentist and that's a big deal.

I first came to alliance because they were the only place open and that could get me right in. Ever since that first visit I have loved them. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist are great. I have always received nothing but the best from them. I also was able to get my fiancé to switch to them as well. She's just as happy as I am with them. I have always been hesitant of dentist visits but they make it so easy and comfortable that I actually enjoy going. I absolutely recommend them to anyone.
