The office needs to be more diligent about insurance coverage. I didn’t realize that my insurance wasn’t going to cover my cleaning today. I would have cancelled my appointment if I had known.
Probably the worst managed office I have ever been to. Stay far away from this establishment. Terry the manger is a pathetic excuse of a human and has no business dealing with people.
I am normally a "big manly man", projecting confidence and authority - until I have to have dental work. Then I become an enormous baby. Dr. Daza and her team at Alliance put me at complete ease during what, in my mind, was a very anxious procedure - 4 extractions right up front. Zero pain. 20 minute procedure. And I really got a sense they cared about me. What more can you ask for? I can't thank Dr. Billings, her assistant, Nicole, and the other clients that were there while I had a tooth issue. The staff was amazing and got me in right away. I am so happy to have been taken care of by the best staff. I really appreciate you all so much. I will refer others and I will be back not that I have you all as my new dentist. Thank you for everything.
