Total lack of service from this company. I contacted Amber and initially everything seemed to be going well, they seemed well-organised and eager to set up a regular domestic cleaner. The evening before the cleaner was due to visit for the first time (Friday), I got a call from Amber explaining there had been some issues and they wouldn't be able to send anyone that week, however, normal service would start the following Friday. Very pleased with the service from Angela and the team. Good cleaning and communication. They really helped us out with a fairly last minute booking for a deep clean at a busy time of year.
