Amazing after sale customer service . We have bought a few carpets with this company, however the company and ourselves were truly let down by the actions of the subcontracted carpet fitters who were originally allocated to do the work . There was shoddy work from poor fitting of carpet and failure to put underlay ,which result in damage being caused to carpet .
