UPDATE: I have very very rarely experienced as good customer service as I did after my below experience with All Good. A customer relations manager reached out and offered her sincere apologies to me after my review. She had already went over my file and admitted they dropped the ball, and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. I know things happen, no company is perfect. Called in Dec. for annual termite inspection and first appt. I could get was Jan. 17 at 9AM. Called at 9:45 to see where serviceman was and was told they had made a scheduling mistake and not scheduled the serviceman to come out. I asked when he could come and was told that Wednesday Jan. 25 at 4 PM was the earliest that he could come. They messed up and I had to wait another 8 days .Poor Customer Service.
