Initial visit came to install bat exits on gable vents...called to say they were running a little late...explained process very thoroughly...very satisfied with process so far!
Chemicals used to treat your home works very well. They will come out as often as needed.
Shaun has done an excellent job. I had ants in my home and he went over and above his job duty to help me get rid of them.

Gee arrived on time and explained everything that would be done during the process. She even explained to us about not using the Home Defense spray we were using in our home. Gee was in and out in a matter of minutes and even offered to take out our garbage because she was walking towards the outside garbage! Of course we declined, that is one of the kids chores. Great service, great company!
