Contrary to what they say when bugs are all gone, humans will be all gone too.
I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. We had Bruce come today and he was so friendly and knowledgeable! I will update review if anything changes but so far I think they’re great.

After Christmas, we had our regularly scheduled maintenance appt, and I mentioned that I’d noticed some bugs that looked a bit like ants, but were not ants. To my horror, they were baby roaches! Chris (our technician) sprayed them, and told me if they returned to call the company, and he’d come back out. The naughty bugs decided to make a comeback, and Chris immediately came back out to eradicate the issue. We’re canceling all our service with Allgood after the debacle related to our termite inspection. First attempt - my husband took off early from work (unpaid time), and they canceled on him. Second attempt- husband took off today (unpaid). After the tech was hours late, they finally made contact with him, and HE’S NOT EVEN WORKING TODAY! Why in the world did they schedule an appointment on a day the tech isn’t working. Completely infuriated by their scheduling incompetence.

Every time my house has been sprayed it ends up covered in ants!!! Only when it’s sprayed do we ever see them! I’m miserable and wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!

I have been a customer with Allgood Pest Solutions for 4 years. The pest control side of it is amazing!! But after dealing with the wildlife part of their company, I am beyond frustrated. I have had to reschedule my appointment with them 4 different times. This process started around Labor Day and I was hoping to get things done before the weather change and critters moving around more. First time they came, my appointment was from 3-5PM. We signed up and the tech came out right away which was nice. The tech was extremely friendly and informative. We woke up this morning to ants in our cabinets and was told that it would be a week before anybody could come out to service us. We were told when we signed the agreement that after the initial spray for ants all we had to do was call should we see more ants and they would come out and take care of it.
