Did outdoor service today. Left gate open resulting in my dogs escaping. Attention to detail is something you want in a pest control company. Posted an inquiry for recommendations on my neighborhood Facebook page and have already received two recommendations: Pest USA and Arrow Exterminators.

Today, Allgood left both my gates wide open and I have 2 dogs who would have gotten out of my neighbors had not noticed. To top it off when I called Customer service they did not care. They cut me off. Hung up on me. When I called back they said “ we will out a note on your file to close the gate “ Really? Their service men don’t know to close the gate ?? Unacceptable! No one cared. No one apologized. No one even pretended to care my dogs could have gotten out and been hurt or lost. Allgood in NO GOOD!!

Plenty of people will spray your house for bugs, find a company that knows how to keep a schedule. Allgood no-showed for THREE different appointments, including an appointment to come respray after bugs were found in the house. I can not suggest looking elsewhere more.

Items disappeared in my mother's home when Allgood came to do pest control and they did not have the people replace the items. They were the only people who had been in the basement where the items disappeared. And now the rats are back, my mom wasted over$1000 for getting her house rat proofed.

If I could give a zero, I would. Allgood came out to do a termite treatment and cleared out my entire crawl space without telling me. They proceeded to literally throw everything in a pile with no regard to my belongings. I have cabinets piled over bins and now broken boxes! To make matters worse, I was home the entire time and they left without telling me everything was outside like a heap of trash! After notifying them, they are not taking ownership and not coming to clean up the mess they made. Not to mention even caring ... read more

The only reason that I'm giving one star is because there is not a way to give ZERO stars. This company is a complete rip off. The termites around my house never went away. The spiders in and around my house seemed to actually get worse. I sold my house, paid for the inspection so I could transfer the service, then canceled the service. Well, then I get a call saying that I owe a balance. No explanation as to why I have a balance, however. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
