I have had Allgood Pest Control and their termite service for going on four years and what a great s,revive . I am so pleased with them. I had a guy by the name of Steve come today to do my pest service and what a great job he done. He is the best service teck I have ever had. Horrible company! I have asked to cancel company continued to service my home. Was not on contract with original company, company has been bought and sold numerous times. Called to speak to management left message was never called back. No longer received bill thought situation was cleared up per my voicemail only to find out they are trying to charge me for multiple times coming to my house that was unauthorized.... horrible communication and business practices.
GARBAGE! Twice now you have come by for pest control and only sprayed half of the perimeter of my house. Back porch is still infested with spiders/insects. I called to complain and asked for a call back from a manager on FRIDAY...you claim that you follow up within 24-48 hours. still no call back. You appear to not care that you are losing my business.

Overpriced, high turnover. Employee turnover is ridiculous. Company is not owned by original owners. It's owned by Rentokil in Europe. Your not spending your money locally anymore. Sad to see a good company fall apart.
