Giving feedback on behalf of my wife who had to rent the car for business reasons. The overall experience has been good and the quality of the vehicle was great. Particularly appreciated was the personnel taking a comprehensive photo shooting of the vehicle before and after the rental, something that otherwise I would have had to do myself. The Cambridge location of this car rental is a bit remote and hidden, not the easiest to find, but that was not a big deal. We needed a van for a house move and Alley Cat were great. The price was reasonable, and the van was in generally good condition. What I particularly liked about them is that you can drop the van off on a Saturday afternoon, so you don’t have to rent it for the whole weekend. There’s also plenty of parking around for your own car, so you can leave it there while you rent a van from them.
They have automatic luton van and that is rare and was super helfpul for a person with auto licence who want to move house from Cambridge to Lichfield..can’t recommend them enough..10 star.. lil pricey but not too much…
Thank you Alley Cat! What an amazing week we had thanks to you! My family and I went to Yorkshire for the week camping and our small family car couldn't fit everything in. A friend recommended hiring a car from Alley Cat because they said it was a really easy process, well priced and the staff were super helpful. All I can say is they were not wrong, from start to finish the process was so simple and hassle free. Everything was explained clearly to me so I understood what I was signing myself up for.
