Martin regularly kept us informed throughout the sale process and he was very supportive in our circumstances, helping us to sell my father in laws home after he had just come out of hospital having suffered a stroke. We would recommend.
I used Alletsons to deal with the grant of probate and also sale of a property. I cannot fault them for all they did. They were on the ball at every point, quick to respond, obtainable on the phone for queries. I am so pleased I used them and would not hesitate using them in the future. Not a good start Poor communication Then they sent a barrister to represent me in court who turned up just as we were going into court Had to return to this solicitor after a very short time I dismissed them
I could give zero if I could it’s a shockingly awful place to go .i wish I read some of the reviews before I contacted them . Stay away from this people for your own good. Property I was purchasing failed to go through and they charged me nearly £300 for searches even though the whole process didn’t last more than 2 weeks and I called and told them the situation but the only refund 1/4 of the amount I paid them and when I asked what has been done by them they could only show me the fee for identification Fee which it’s about... read more
Update ...we have now used the Ombudsman to try and get back some of my Dads savings , so please do not use these crooks unless you have money to burn they offered us a £1000 compensation after taking 22000 of my late father's life savings with no compassion, they know what they have done with no remorse social media is a great tool for getting these theives name out there!.......Used them for my father's will and sell of his house, totally unprofessional service , original quote was no more than £4500 to get everything done... read more
