Absolute crooks, they charged a fee for closing the road to repair a wall on our estate……the road was not closed as the damage to the wall only impacted the path adjacent to the damage, no sign or closure took place….dishonest to the core. I am moving house and need a FME1 pack to meet the legal obligations to sell my property. Absolutely disgraceful company our estate are charged almost double the going rate for woks they claim to do. All they are bothered about is collecting money and do very little in return. The government should stop companies like this from operating.
Disgusting excuse of a maintenance company. All they care about is taking the money but have not a care in the world about the state of the areas they maintain. Attached photos is one day after their so called maintenance visit. AVOID.
Rip off. Don't do anything but then charge loads. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent. I don't even see what happens to it.
