Absolutely appalling service. Used their system of ordering medication in advance. They wouldn't do it until I got my blood pressure checked (HRT so understandable). They then said it would be ready straight away. Got the text to say it had arrived at the pharmacy- went to the pharmacy- they had no record. I then was asked to go to the GP or call but the pharmacy was closing in 15 minutes. I went to the GP and receptionist told me it could take 48 hours from the point of ordering. I have always received
I have been with this doctor as long as I can remember. Since Covid the service has dropped! It leaves you feeling unseen and uncared for. As 29yr old I dread to think what it might be like for more vulnerable members of society. I’ve been proscribed medicine with no test, or told one will work. I was absolutely made up with the attention and service I received today from Allerton Medical. Popped a few photos and a description of my condition and within two hours a lovely lady called Natalie was phoning me offering an appointment for today ! Incredible ! She was kind professional and went above and beyond to get me in on Wednesday !
Since attending this gp surgery (Montreal site) I have experienced nothing but professional and pleasant encounters with all the staff I have come into contact with. However, my experience with nurse Latifa has been exceptional.
