Disgusting practise, was informed yesterday that my brothers appointment had to be changed from 11:30am to 9:30am, this was not ideal but we agreed. My brother is a wheelchair user, so he had to get himself a taxi there, on route to the appointment 9am, my mum received a call to say the appointment has now been cancelled!! I wonder if they are now going to reimburse his cost of taxi? Not to mention the time and effort that is put into waking him up and getting him ready for the earlier appointment and for then it to be cance... read more

Impossible to contact by phone. Their automated call ignoring system will just hang up on you after about 5 minutes. On the rare occasions I can get through I don't get to speak to anyone who's any more medically qualified than I am. The attached screenshot shows my call history, with their call ignoring system hanging up on me after 5 minutes 13 or 14 seconds. To be fair to them, I just called them and there's a callback option which actually worked, and I got to speak to a receptionist who was very helpful
