Suzanne was a lovely estate agent at Allendale Lettings, I couldn’t have asked for a more approachable and lovely estate agent, however when I phoned allendale lettings to ask some questions, one of the other letting managers was very rude and patronising towards me when I was asking questions and discriminatory towards my partner asking very abruptly ‘is he foreign’ to me, then following with ‘I’m guessing so because of his name’ this was really unprofessional and unnecessary. I just want to say thankyou so much to the team at Allendale lettings! As a private tenant i couldn't of asked for better, any jobs were sorted ASAP, inspections 3 monthly were met with the most friendly/safe feeling people you could wish for 😍
They won't return deposits be careful they exasperated a situation to take £500 off a single mum of three children.
