We frequently walk our two dogs around the marina at Burton Waters Lincoln. Recently, Barry and I both commented how smart the communal areas were of late. We got chatting to two chaps working on the waters edge, Matt and John. It transpires that they actually work for this company and, as Burton Waters are having difficulty getting maintenance staff for the grounds, Matt and John are travelling from Stamford to Burton Waters to get the place looking pristine.
