Absolutely shocking ! * DO NOT USE * They completely messed things up for us and didn’t give their client the correct information from the solicitors when moving. Staff are also lazy when doing viewings. One guys literally opened a door then spent the entire time on his phone. He knew nothing about the property. Once we finally completed they aloud the vendor to leave a key behind an open window at the property rather than hand it to us or collect from the office.
