Emailed to ask for a viewing of a house, was called by (apparently) the head office and told it would be booked in. We arranged our day around the viewing and got excited to view what looked like a really lovely house. I got a bad feeling the day we were meant to view it as I hadn't had any confirmation email and was told that I hadn't been booked in at all.
