I had an amazing service from the team at Allen & Harris Chippenham in finding my rental property. A special mention to Jess, Brittany and Reuben who made the whole process so straightforward and kept me updated throughout. I would highly recommend using the branch!
We had a good experience with Allen & Harris in Chippenham. Reuben especially was great from start to finish — he showed us around the flat, answered all my questions promptly over email, and went out of his way to assist with our move-in while we were away. He’s also been really helpful in getting a few things sorted in the flat since. Excellent service and communication throughout — thank you, Reuben!
TL;DR: Extremely disappointing experience. The agent was unprofessional and dismissive. I am filing complaints with their head office. Avoid using this service if you want a smooth moving experience. I just purchased a house via Allen and Harris agency and I am very happy. Although my initial visit was with an agent that didn't have much knowledge of the property, I was then one of Michelle's clients and she was on it. She made it all happen when things stalled with my solicitor. Quick and responsive, she made it very smooth. The welcome box when you get your keys is a lovely touch, much appreciated. Thank you.
