Extremely disappointed with the lack of compassion shown by this agency (Amy Mccallum). I’m living with cancer and reached out early to ask for help ending my tenancy to avoid arrears. Instead of understanding, I was told I’d have to pay £200 + VAT just to leave — while struggling with illness and unable to work. No communication, Completely unprofessional staff.
Really bad experience while buying a property in Birchway Hayes .The leasehold property was advertised as freehold and only shared the information by the agent after we gone through survey and solicitors. They also charge high fees in the name of ID checks. Still waiting reply back from them.
I have had a really smooth experience with Allday and Miller. All the letting team including Jordon, Amy and Scarlett are polite and very professional. They found me a tenant very quickly and I can't thank them enough for making this process feel so easy. I have had a small experience today with Clare who handles the property management and I am feeling the same professionalism from her too. Overall, all wonderful.
