Highly recommend! He was on time, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Since it was a simple fix, he even showed me how to change the part myself in order to save me money and he found the part online cheap for me to buy. He was extremely polite and professional. About 5 minutes after he left he came back to my door and handed me the part I was going to buy. He said he found an extra one on his truck and he refused to take any money for it. Came home on a Thursday night to a washer that would not work. Searching for repair places and of course nothing is open. I came across Allbrand Appliance Services and the website said to text now. I did and recorded an immediate response…. From a real person! They were able to come out in less than 48 hours, which was a Saturday! Cannot say enough good about this business! Highly recommend and will use in the future!
