I came to Gary in January as I wanted to do the 24 Peak Challenge in the Lake District in July. Which is 40 miles of walking and 13,000 ft of climbing in 24hrs. However in January I was struggling to even walk 1 mile with pain in my lower back and legs. Gary is straight talking and told me to get moving and change my lifestyle. I bought a paddle board on his recommendation, started swimming, doing yoga. Along with this and his excellent Osteopath work, not only did I complete the challenge with no back pain, I absolutely sma... read more
I was solidly recommended Gary by quite a few friends who had all been treated by him with optimal success. I went to see Gary with severe shoulder pain. After having seen physios and doctors who could do nothing, Gary diagnosed me with ‘frozen shoulder’ and has worked deep into the muscle tissue to release the stiffness. Gary has a holistic and intellectual view on body and health and is able to understand the body’s needs very quickly and instinctively. I can highly recommend Gary as an osteopath. He’s a true healer.
I have been suffering with neck and shoulder issues for the last year, in pain throughout the night and day with limited mobility. Garys’ years of knowledge and expertise have helped alleviate this in just one session! He sent through a series of daily exercises which have really helped as well. Gary looks at the bigger picture and approaches healing of the body with a reassuringly full holistic understanding. My follow up appointment has seen even more improvement. I can’t recommend Gary enough. If you have tried before wit... read more
I found Gary by chance on Google and what a find. I cannot recommend him enough. When I arrived, I could barely walk and struggled to even drive there, yet after just 4 sessions I am practising yoga daily, engaging my core, feel revitalised and really back in tune with myself. Gary's approach is holistic, wise and really focuses on what the problems are. Mine were that I was not tuning into me, crazily tight muscles and stress had taken its toll. I had neglected my diet, strength exercises and keeping in tune to the right ex... read more
Gary is a New Zealand rugby supporter, hence the apt name - All Backs. He is the full package. He delivers unbeatable treatment with genuine care and advice to avoid future treatment. I saw Gary with a very sore and partially seized back 8 days before an iron man distance triathlon and he truly delivered. He not only allowed me to compete but also showed me stretches to help in the future which have made an exceptional difference. He is a man of the people and speaks my vernacular, and many others I'm sure. This puts you at ... read more
