I went to have my 2008 Mustang Bullitt service for it recall for the airbag, The service rep whose name is Scott took great care of me. He and the rest of the staff was great. I told Scott, that I had just retired from the VA Medical Center, and I asked about a part-time position and he let me talked w/ the lady who handled that. I have taken my F150 to the service department of Alan Vigil Ford Lincoln for the last nine years for service. I have always been completely satisfied with all of my services. My service advisor at this time is Scott Gahwiler and he very professional and courteous and appreciate his honesty when it comes to service needed. I will continue to take my F150 there for service. Thanks to all!
IMy last experience was not so good. A part fell off my 2016 Lincoln MKT. I was told I had to pay for the part and labor. That wad incorrect . Only because the person who got me to buy the car inquired about my presence , and got my money returned. When I brought it in I had to return because the part was broken during installation. The installer was very apologetic. Better training would have solved some issues.

The service at Allan Vigil Ford/Lincoln is getting WORSE by the day! We have been taking our Lincoln MKZ there for years and now the service department has gotten to be TERRIBLE! They need a new service manager but he's probably related in some way to the dealerships owner..

The service department is a big joke Holly the service manage is a bigger joke she should be fired and the service writer Dash be right next to her they don't know crap about car and they try to sell you stuff you dont need witch your back when go in there... they people in that are to try to sell you some you don't need....
The customer service was great! Rhett Page got me in what I wanted at the budget I wanted. I came from a 1hr30mins away. Through correspondence the few days before I arrived at the dealership, he had everything done when I arrived. All I had to do was sign and drive!
I haven't had any problems with their service. They usually set an appointment and get to me on time and I have walked in for service with no appt and as long as it wasn't to late they accomodated me.
