Went to Alan Vigil Ford for oil change and safety check. Also there was a problem with my windshield wipers. They replaced the wiper blades due to faulty size to begin with. They found that I needed to replace a tire they notified me and I gave the go ahead. I could tell the difference in the ride home. Thanks.
My husband and I just traded our 2 cars for 2 brand new - 2018 focus and fusion. Mark Dietrich was our salesperson and he was awesome! Stayed with us and worked out a great deal. We are both very happy and have 2 brand new cars for less payments that our 2 older cars!!!
The service department here is horrible. It takes for ever to chat a service writer on the phone, and when you finally do, they NEVER CALL BACK. It’s been three days since I called requesting a price to fix my truck, and I still haven’t heard anything. The unfortunate part is, the other Ford dealers in this area aren’t any better. I prefer taking my truck to the dealer, but I guess an independent shop will be getting my business.
The service dept need to have people there that want to work. Sorry if you have to work on Saturday. Over prices repairs and bad customer service. Been coming to get serviced for almost a yr, one bad experience is all it take along with them trying to screw you out your money.
Chatham and Paul were amazing they both went above and beyond to make sure we drove home with the car we wanted. I will definitely refer all my friends who is looking for a new car to run up to Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln. Ask for Chatham and Paul. Amazing salesmen
