I've taken my 2014 Mustang here a few times to get service & each time the customer service got worse. Went for an oil change today and sat in the waiting area a bit longer than usual, so I decided to check on the status of my service. They couldn't find the clerk who placed me in the system and the cashier had to hunt her down to check. My experience here was awesome!Darnell Bryant is the best!Mr. Shed was super nice as well!!Darnell made sure that I had the truck I wanted before I left the lot! AWESOME customer service!!!
I waited 2 hours for a basic oil change and no one told me it would take that long, otherwise I would’ve left it. Finally someone saw that I’d been walking around for over and hour and he went to check on my vehicle. I will not be bringing my Lincoln here anymore! 😡
DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, BOUGHT A BRAND NEW MOTOR FROM THEM AND THE MOTOR WAS DESTROYED WITHING 500 MILES, A BOLT FROM THE FACTORY BACKED OUT, AND THEY WILL NOW WARRANTY THEIR PARTS!!!

Brought my Ford Escape on 4/20/2018 from Allan Vigil Ford. My salesperson was Darnell and he was GREAT. He made my purchase easy and not stressful as it could've been. He really made a bad situation with me trying to get out of something in to something else that I was way over the top in....He worked a miracle for me and I really appreciate him. Then Joe finished the process, the entire purchase was done in EXCELLENCE.
