Allan Vigil Ford has provided excellent service every time I have visited there. Their people are wonderful and thoughtful. Never had a problem.
As much as I usually HATE the car (truck)buying experience, this first time at Alan Vigil was painless. Sales person Mark Dietrich is very down to earth and fun while trying to work the deal. His style is what will bring me back. Alan Parsons (GM I think) is quick to step in and be a part of the process which tells me it's not just sell a car or truck and push you out the door. Can't help but be disappointed: 1) When given my paperwork after the oil change I was told everything was good, no problems but when I got home and read the paperwork it stated I had a "bad oil leak"... Why didn't they offer to fix it?? 2) I have a defective air bag inflator that has been recalled but y'all can't get around to it until the end of the month and I'll have to lose a day of work to get it done because y'all don't do recall work after work nor on Saturdays.
