2 stars. The people here are very nice and professional but are not in any hurry to check you in or out of their service/maintenance department. Multiple times my truck has already been serviced and I get up from the waiting areas to check on the progress and it has been sitting ready to check out for who knows how long without a call or intercom announcement. Mustang cafe is good though.
RecommendedThis is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Allan Vigil Ford. We had it for nine months when the "Service Engine Soon" light came on and stayed on. Over the next four months, I took it in for normal service and for the "Service Engine" light again. The service rep handling my service, Scott Gahweiler, persisted in running down the problem's history and possible causes until the problem was diagnosed and solved(coolant leaking into one of the cylinders). Everyone one was courteous from the time I walked in door to the time I left. From Mr. McNair my salesman, To Frank the accessory manager, to Mr. Wiggins. There was no pressure to buy and gave me many options. The overall atmosphere was a positive one, and I would recommend anyone to go there for there next vehicle. I drove from Covington and it was worth it.
I take my company truck up there last week and got it check over and they told me that everything was good then I was out of town with it this weekend and the check engine light come back on after they told me everything was good on it I had to pay over $200 And something dollars and still not fix right at all I they told me they would clean my battery cables on truck and they never did that ether when I had to pay them for that too and I have know been wanting on a call since before lunch today about my truck and no one has... read more

When you do any type of car shopping know your numbers, no matter where you purchase your vehicle from. There are enough search options out there to review. We were fortunate to have a great salesman, Paul G to work with. He worked hard and put many miles on the soles of his shoes to get us a deal we could live with. Just bought my second car from them and they were wonderful getting me out of a car I purchased at Hennessey Buick a month ago with no more money down. Gave me a great price for trade in and I went home with a beautiful Lincoln MKC.
They were quite efficient! I arrived as scheduled, spoke with a rep, Dash Layne, who assisted me immediately. Checked my car in and the work got started. Within the time limit he stated, my vehicle was fixed and I was on my way home. Kudos to the mechanics and to Mr. Layne who provided excellent customer service.
Everyone was involved with the purchase of a 2017 Fusion were very helpful. I viewed Bluebook prices for both the car we were buying and the vehicle we wanted to trade. Both were very reasonable and on target. We are enjoying the car. There are some things we will not know for another one to five years. Ford products have always been good my whole life and I am 67 now.
