So this company have been letting my properties for over 20 years. I wanted to employ them to let my flat in Putney. I called on Friday, and I was told someone would call me back. He never did. I called today at 11am and told the receptionist that I hadn't received a call and she promised a call back within an hour. I'm still waiting - not an abysmal service, but rather no service!!! If I could give no stars I would!!!
Nina and Cathy are absolutely amazing! Nina was around when I was came in for a viewing and she was patient and calm, answering all my questions- not like other agents who put pressure on prospective tenants. I had committed to a sale last year with a property advertised at around 2k service charge. Unfortunately the legal pack revealed service charge came out to 4.4k. Whilst I could afford this, I couldn't justify the increase for an ex council block which are usually low on service charges.
