Doesn't respond to messages, doesn't answer phone. Parts ordered 14 days ago, on a 5 day service .... STILL WAITING .... WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID THIS COMPANY....where's my parts and my money??????

Bought an item never received never got any emails back and no one answered phone, waste of money and time. They don't even want to help customers when they are at fault. And the item was over priced.

THE PART WAS PAID FOR BUT NEVER ARRIVED AFTER 5 WEEKS , AND THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS OR TELEPHONE CALLS. I ordered a part and paid for it, but it never arrived after waiting five weeks, although I received an email receipt and dispatch note. I have sent three emails , getting no response , and have tried to telephone on eight different occasions, always receiving a recorded message - the line is evidently not monitored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Company sold me a set of fog lights which l eventually got round to fitting. But they were missing an important part and without the rubber seal basically no good. Tried to be fare and sent a message asking if they could please send out the rubber seal and basically was fobbed off saying because l bought them 7 month ago they won't help. The fog lights have a 12month warranty which as they are unusable would be classed as faulty but this company do everything they can to get round refunding or replacing. Bought parts and were delivered fast. Cheaper than other places and works great!
