Ordered a hat and t-shirt. Hat was great. The t-shirt way to small. It was a xxl no way it was more like a small. Be careful sizes.

Hi Debbie, I believe we emailed each other yesterday, we do have a return option. But the small is definitely smaller than the xxl!
My order was incredibly delayed with zero communication. I understand people get sick, but someone should have answered my email. Additionally, mistakes certainly happen. The way in which mistakes are handled can make or break the experience. I think the products are cute. An appropriate, timely apology would have guaranteed a 5.
