Certainly NOT HAPPY with the customer service and the shipment! I placed the order on May 11th. Confirmed the design on May 15th and hadn’t heard anything from this company until I contacted them myself on May 23d. On their website and when I placed the order they promised 2-3 day to ship the product. It was 8 days before I reminded them about my order! They answered that it should be shipped May 24th.
