Horrible Customer Service! Orders ship late, no one returns calls, no one reply's on website or social media.
I guess that there's a customer service issue. I have sent one email through the contact us form on your website and one voice mail and have received no response. My card was charged without the order going through and no one has the courtesy to get back to me. Unacceptable.
