Horrible experience.!!!!Ordered a cutout that never got sent. It’s been almost a month! I have been asking and asking about and no response. I have been completely ignored. All I want is a refund for my cutout. I’ll keep everyone updated to see if they even attempt to refund it. Never ordering from here again.

Unfortunately I’ve had one to many bad experiences. Their products are adorable but the shipping and service is terrible! I’m rushed shipping and paid extra for a order for a open house to get it a week after it was supposed to arrive and it was NOT my order!! They shipped me someone else’s order... I placed an order March 8th and everything was great up until that point. I followed up March 15th since I hadn't received my product and received an email that I would receive it the following week. It is now 03/27/19 and I still don't have the product. I started emailing again on 03/23/19 every day up to this point and have left voicemails and no one will respond. I've group emailed 4 different people at the company.
