Very unprofessional. I called to drop my car off for repair, but I had to chase them for days before driving down with a friend to find out what was going on. The only thing they did was to return my key without any explanation. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would gladly do so. I have never witnessed such bad behaviour from a company in my entire life. Avoid them — they will never do what you want.
