Alterations were done right and on time!
Amazing work hemming my pants for an upcoming wedding. I will definitely be going back when needing stitch work. Great customer service highly recommended. Gracias Lucy!
Terrible service. She opened two hours late, and moved my appointment two hours the day off. I showed up on time, and she stood me up. I waited outside for 30 minutes in the sun, and got no response from both her phone number, and the text number on the door. Abysmally bad, never go here. She almost made it so I didn’t have a prom dress because her communication was nonexistent, and her schedule impossible.
She is amazing!!! Saved my dress for the ball and then my wedding dress. She did a wonderful job and I would trust her with any clothing I need altered/a seamstress for!
Owner refused to tell me prices over the phone and complained about wasting her time when I found her prices disagreeable. $30 per sleeve for basic hemming is egregious, especially since conveniently glossed over the price. Rude and entitled.
