No Hassle! JR and Jake were exceptional salesmen. They demonstrated professionalism and compassion. While waiting on my paperwork to be finalized, Jake walked me over to the service department to setup first maintenance appointment. He also assured that I knew how to function all of my features in my brand new Toyota Camry before leaving the cat lot. Service This was the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. My car would not start on Friday, so it was towed to Allstar that afternoon. No one called me to let me know it arrived. So the next day I had to call multiple times and no one was able to confirm my car was even there until 3pm Saturday.
