Poor service shadey dealership They have a very disorganized system. Test drove Saturday, they pushed for their financing. I'd rather use my credit Union I left with a purchase agreement to send to my CU. Asked if I needed to leave a deposit, he said no. Tuesday everything went thru and was told to come get me car. That was 7pm our sales rep Charlie didn't want to work till 10 to do all the paperwork and I understood neither did I. He was off Wednesday no big deal I wont make you work on your day off. Dear fellow car shoppers, I urge you to have any vehicle you purchase from Lakeland Toyota thoroughly inspected by a professional mechanic who does not work for them. The short version: they sell cars that supposedly went through a $900 thorough 60 point inspection (that they factor into your sales price), only to have that very same car malfunction exactly 1.7 miles down the road after leaving the lot.
