Shady, shady, shady "Love the vehicle but the dealership is about as shady as they come. The numbers kept changing on my contract, they made them up as they went along. I paid more than the MSRP!!!!! I'm not even sure that's legal but I bet the attorney general will have that answer. I'm sure there are plenty other reputable dealerships but not this one. Service Department rocks!!! Car wouldn’t start after work, towed to Toyota of Lakeland, fixed my car In less than 30 minutes! They are on top of their game!
Trying to fool you in each step I left my expansive sunglasses in car that I traded-in and they won't retern it. I called them thousand times and nobody call me back, almost week of waiting. Great "customer service ". I traded-in my car at Friday evening and called to my sales manager next morning and he (Nate or Neith whatever) sad that my car already in Alabama for reconditioning. Top notch advisors and service work Awesome service advisors and service department. Convenient location always clean facilities. Plenty of seating, play area for kids too. Valet type of drop off area for service.
Great Service every visit Scheduled my Tundra for it’s 70,000 mile service. Arrived a few minutes early and they took into the shop right away. Performed the scheduled tasks and safety inspection and topped off all the fluids and I was on my way in 75 minutes. These folks at Lakeland Toyota keep getting better every time.
