Service Long, it took two hours for a oil change. However, the associates were very kind and attentive.

Satisfied Customer My salesman Ray was awesome !!! He really put things in perspective for me and made sure I understood what my options were. He made sure I left in a better situation than I was previously in and I am very thankful for that!!!! All the staff was very friendly and didn't want me to leave without a smile on my face.... it was a great experience

Service Department I had an appointment but I still had to wait my turn. No benefit for me to schedule ahead of time.

All-star Toyota For me I would rather have all my teeth pulled without a shot to deaden my mouth then deal with car sales people. But all-star Toyota may have changed my mind. The sales person I had worked till he got the car at a price that I could afford, and there was not a lot of we can't do that.

2008 Toyota Sienna maintenance I've always brought my Toyota (in NJ & LA) back to the dealership for maintenance & repairs. Although the labor costs are quite high (in independent repair shops as well), I do trust the Toyota mechanics more because the majority of their workload involves work on Toyota vehicles.

Mike in Baton Rouge Overall Excellent service for my 2009 Lexus LS 460. Michael Stirling, the service manager was very attentive and helpful, calling me as soon as my care was ready. Orlando, the master mechanic, thoroughly evaluated my car and made helpful suggestions. I will definitely bring my car back for the 90,000 check up.
