After getting an appointment set up, I drove 3 hours to the dealership to be met with, "the car is sold." I spoke with the manager and miraculously the vehicle appeared, it was being used by a sales associate, or associates friend. The salesman takes me to the car and the car is filthy. There's red stains on the back of the seats, like kids been playing, the floor is full of dirt, looks like someone's personal vehicle. (Service-less ) Horrible! Rude. Refused to do recalls on my vehicle, would not communicate as to when I might get my car back. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES OR CALLS BACK!!! Threw me and my mother out ! Dropped key in window and told us to leave because I asked what was being done to my car... Really? If you want to deal with belligerent, rude people who act like they are doing you a huge favor to even look at you then this is the place to go. Purchase SUV Our salesperson was Aaron Hilliard. He's the best, he has excellent customer service skills and very professional. He had another customer, but to keep us from waiting he asked another salesperson to show us around who was excellent as well. His name is Carter. The entire atmosphere was very positive. We got there about 12:30pm and we were finished before 4:30pm. Thank you Aaron Hilliard for being a great salesperson!! Maintenance I have been trying to schedule an appointment to get my car serviced. I leave a message and I get a text to call, so I call and no answer as usual.
