(Service-less ) Horrible! Rude. Refused to do recalls on my vehicle, would not communicate as to when I might get my car back. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES OR CALLS BACK!!! Threw me and my mother out ! Dropped key in window and told us to leave because I asked what was being done to my car... Really? If you want to deal with belligerent, rude people who act like they are doing you a huge favor to even look at you then this is the place to go. I am super satisfied Aaron Hilliard is hands down the best . He was very professional, he kept me informed step by step of what was going on and to top it off he delivered my truck to my job 😃. Purchase SUV Our salesperson was Aaron Hilliard. He's the best, he has excellent customer service skills and very professional. He had another customer, but to keep us from waiting he asked another salesperson to show us around who was excellent as well. His name is Carter. The entire atmosphere was very positive. We got there about 12:30pm and we were finished before 4:30pm. Thank you Aaron Hilliard for being a great salesperson!! Maintenance I have been trying to schedule an appointment to get my car serviced. I leave a message and I get a text to call, so I call and no answer as usual. All day, never touched my car. had an appt, drop car off the night before; no one called me all day. I tried calling them; they were too busy to answer and never called back. 15 minutes before closing I finally get through and told no one was able to look at my car.

Nearly got in a bad accident due to bad repair I am livid. Today I was almost involved in a serious car accident because of the shoddy work done by their service department. Here is my entire ordeal. Bait and Switch - DO NOT TRUST THEM! I'm very upset at this dealer. After finding a Civic online, my son was excited about checking it out. He asked me to come with him, so I told him I would. I live in New Orleans, so before I drove 1.5 hrs to see the car with him I asked him to call and make sure the car was there. He did and they told him it was.
