Excellent service visit Jamal in service department was excellent. Got the oil change done quickly and explained other recommendations and even checked to see if already had that work done in a previous visit.

Kindness matters My salesman C Dickerson was the bomb! 💣 Even though the first time I went into the dealership I did not buy anything, I liked how he made me feel like I did not waste his time. After being subbed at Richard's Honda I went back to Hyundai Genesis because of the customer service and bought a car.

ALL STAR HYUNDAI SSERVICE DEPARTMENT This is what they say they are; this couldn't be further from the truth. My car has been in their shop since 4/6/22 for an engine replacement. The car is covered in extended warranties and manufacture warranties, so I just don't get it. When I took my car over there, I was told they had six engines in front of me, now it's ten engines.
